AFROTONIC African Dance & Fitness Classes
Discover an addictive fusion of high-energy African moves and upbeat
tribal rhythms.
Tuesdays 7pm - 8pm
AFROTONIC Dance & Fitness classes provides a high-cardio full body workout whilst giving you the freedom to express yourself to the powerful beat of African music. It is an exhilarating and unique cultural experience that makes you feel energized and alive whilst helping to release stress and strengthen the body and heart.No experience needed. Men and women of all ages and fitness levels (including children from 10 years old) are welcome to join and have fun!

Crèche Facility!
Fantasy is pleased to offer a crèche facility to all parents!
Our Crèche is still new, so please call to book as we are finding the most useful times to open, for you! The Crèche is available for all children, and is run by experienced
child care professionals.
The crèche is only available upon booking on 9409 8338 or Booking Online. Please book the crèche session under your name, in the day and time session that matches the class you would like to attend.
Hula Hooping!
Come and learn routines and tricks using the Hula Hoop!
Tuesdays 8pm - 9pm
Fantasy's new Hula Hooping class is fantastic for working those abs and bottoms, establishing co-ordination, and total body toning.
During our Hula Hooping Class you will learn heaps of party tricks, using weighted Hula Hoops for toning and core training.
Hula Hooping is included in our membership packages, or $15 as a casual class.
Casual Pole Jams!
Fantasy Fitness and Dance is proud to offer Casual Pole Jams for our pole students!
Pole Jams consist of:
Warm up
- Three pole dance mini routines with Beginners spins - for cardio and dance practice
- Free pole practice time - this is your opportunity to practice any tricks that you have learnt in your pole course/s, under the supervision of Fantasy Instructors
- Strength exercises - to get you strong and ready for more difficult tricks
- Flexibility work - to increase your range of movement, and make your tricks look more impressive
Pole Jam times:
Monday: 7.30pm
Wednesday: 6.00pm
Saturday: 10.00am
Pole Jam is included in our membership packages, or $15 as a casual class.
These classes are open to all Pole Dance students currently enrolled in any Pole Dance Course, or that have completed our Beginners Course. (Newcomers to Pole Dance are welcome to attend our Pole Taster Sessions, held monthly).
