Fitness Classes
 
**NEW**
Fat Burn Series! (30min):
Burn fat NOW with our brand new series of interbal training cardio classes. There are 4 different types of classes including Boxing, FitBall, Zumba and Toning, using our fitness equipment. The ULTIMATE in fat burning, just before dinner time!
 
Circuit Boxing (45min):
A class suitable for every fitness level, working at your own pace through a boxing based circuit. Strength work, cardio, pilates and basic punch and kick combinations are incorporated into this workout. Women only.
 
 
Fit Ball class in Fantasy Fitness and Dance's Dance and Fitness Studio.
 
 
 
 
 
Aerial Stretch & Flex (60min):
Release your stiff joints and sore back with our new, low impact, stretching class. You'll use Aerial Silks to increase each stretch and increase flexibility. 
No experience required.
 
Sculpt & Tone (45min):
Twenty minutes of high cardio aerobics followed by 20 minutes of toning and strengthening exercises on the exercise mats. A fast, total body exercise class.
 
Tums & Bums Aerobics (60mins):
If you want a high firm booty and a rock hard six pack, join Tums & Bums! Startin with a basic aerobics class taken at your intensity level to burn fat, and including combinations of mat, fitball and weights work to strengthen your Tum and Bum!
 
ZUMBA!! (60min or 45min):
Ditch the workout, join
the party!™ A high energy dance/fitness class, combining latin dance and music with todays
music and dance rhythms.

Zumba Dance Fitness Classes run 9 times per week at Fantasy Fitness and Dance.
Dance Classes
 
Retro Burlesque (60min):
This class contains feather boa, chair, hula hooping and floor work! Learn raunchy mini-routines during this class to burlesque, showgirl and cabaret music. So get your bootie moving, and your shoulders shimmying! Women only. 
Burlesque Dance routine on a Chair with Feather Boas. Burlesque runs Thursday nights at 7.30pm.
 
Hip Hop dance class is on at 7.30pm Monday evenings with our instructor Brendon. Pop & Lock Hip Hop (60mins):
Learn a new style of dance with Beginners Hip HOp class, combining the basics of Popping and Locking.
Men and Women welcome.
 
Hula Hooping Class in Fantasy's Dance and Fitness Studio.
 
 
Lap Dance/Strip Tease(60min):
Held on the first Friday of each month, this sexy and cheeky class will get your heart rate up and burn calories! Women Only.
 
Pole Jam (60min):
A Pole Dance Training Class, with cardio tracks, spin tracks and extra pole strength and flexibility. This class is for you to receive some personal tuition and work on any tricky moves from your Pole Dance Course. Must have Fantasy Pole Dance Experience.
 
Pole Tease (60min):
 
A sexy pole dance class done in high heels, with cardio tracks, spin tracks and extra pole strength and flexibility. No experience required.
