Fat Burn Series! (30min):
Burn fat NOW with our brand new series of interbal training cardio classes. There are 4 different types of classes including Boxing, FitBall, Zumba and Toning, using our fitness equipment. The ULTIMATE in fat burning, just before dinner time!
Circuit Boxing (45min):
A class suitable for every fitness level, working at your own pace through a boxing based circuit. Strength work, cardio, pilates and basic punch and kick combinations are incorporated into this workout. Women only.
Aerial Stretch & Flex (60min):
Release your stiff joints and sore back with our new, low impact, stretching class. You'll use Aerial Silks to increase each stretch and increase flexibility.
No experience required.
Sculpt & Tone (45min):
Twenty minutes of high cardio aerobics followed by 20 minutes of toning and strengthening exercises on the exercise mats. A fast, total body exercise class.
Tums & Bums Aerobics (60mins):
If you want a high firm booty and a rock hard six pack, join Tums & Bums! Startin with a basic aerobics class taken at your intensity level to burn fat, and including combinations of mat, fitball and weights work to strengthen your Tum and Bum!
ZUMBA!! (60min or 45min):
Ditch the workout, join
the party!™ A high energy dance/fitness class, combining latin dance and music with todays
music and dance rhythms.
